Rolling
Thunder
were
invited
and
attended
The
Wicksteed
at War
Show
held
in
Kettering,
Northants.
It
was
the
first
time
Rolling
Thunder
had
attended
this
show
and we
couldn't
fault
it,
the
organisers,
helpers,
staff,
fellow
re-enactors
all
gave
us
such a
warm
welcome
we
couldn't
of
asked
for
better.
The
25th
Infantry
Wolfhounds
headed
up our
static
display
of
equipment
and
weaponry
and
did a
walk
about
around
the
show
ground
interacting
with
the
public
and
fellow
Re-enactors.
The
interest
from
everyone
was
fantastic
and
at
times
we
couldn't
keep
up
with
the
amount
of
questions
the
public
were
asking.
We
also
took
part
in a
small
arena
display
with
pyrotechnics
to
give
the
public
a
better
understanding
of
what
it
was
like
to
be a
infantryman
in
Vietnam,
this
was
received
very
well.
All
in
all
it
was
a
great
show
to
attend,
well
worth
doing
and
a
big
thank
you
to
the
organisers
for
the
invite
and
a
big
well
done
to
the
25th
infantry
Wolfhounds',
you
did
yourselves
proud.
We
all
look
forward
to
coming
back
next
year
with
a
bigger
and
better
display.
